We lauched clinical chemistry products under brand name Mission, they incude, Cholestrol Monitoring System , Urinalysis  and Unrine Analyzers  among others

In the quest  to avail affordable In-Vitro Diagnostics, we lauched IVD under the brand Exact. Exact is a brand by Lochlabs Limited. The IVDs includes Pregnacy kits, Hepatitis B & C, Malaria PF/PAN, Salmonella Ag, H-pylori Ag & Ab, Fecal Occult Blood ( FOB) among others.

We lauched Biohemes A1C EZ 2.0  which is a monitoring System  for monitoring HBA1C, this was big milestore  to avail  a point of care HBA1C in Kenyan Market, this has a high trajectory mark and high acceptance in the market by even Goverment Agency

In 2018 we added our products portifolios in Mission Brand of Products by launching PT/INR point of Care monitoring system. This was aimed at breaking the gap that exist of lack of Point of care PT/INR monitoring sytems

In our efforts to over a complete solutions in area of Diabetes we lauched Verifine Insuline Syringes and Pen Needle. Our Pen needle are compatible with major Insuline Pens in the market. This was additional to products under the brand for Verifine and Promisemed

Lochlabs Limited went a higher notch by Introducing the first Affordable Glucose Monitoring System (CGM) in East Africa  and in  Kenyan Market . Aidex CGM is the brand. We pride ourself as Icons in Diabetes Care products. This marks a great miletone in our quest to be a hub for diabetes care in the region

By the end of  2023  we shall be Launching   Patch Insulin Pump under brand name Equil™ in the Kenyan Market. This will mark the culmination of our Quest to be a Hub for Diabetes Care products and Quality Global Diagnostics.
